The fantasy art of Anne Stokes is featured on many book covers, games, and merchandising. Her striking designs and life portrayals of fantasy subjects are widely acclaimed. Anne lives in Leeds in the United Kingdom with her husband Ralph, young son Leo and springer spaniel Obi. She has been a full time freelance illustrator for about 13 years. "It is really great to be able to earn my living drawing and painting fantasy subjects. I produce a lot of artwork for clients in the games industry, including illustrations for Wizards of the Coast's Dungeon and Dragons rule books and miniatures. My artworks have also been licensed on a wide range of merchandise including T-shirts, posters, book covers, calendars, tarot cards, CCG sleeves, jewellery and greetings cards". Now, it's the time for playing cards. The new Poker Cards include the artwork of Anne Stokes in all the faces of the deck, being a great piece of art but also a perfect deck for magicians and collectors.
